Description

SWEET RECOVERY features a unique formulation, utilizing the classic carbohydrate-to-protein ratio (2:1), but with an innovative 1:0.5 carbohydrate ratio for faster and more effective absorption. It also contains premium protein and is enriched with additives to maximize recovery, such as: - L-Cysteine: an amino acid that reduces inflammation, oxidative stress, and muscle damage caused by exertion. This is partly due to increased production of glutathione, a powerful antioxidant. - L-Leucine: an amino acid that improves muscle recovery and enhances protein synthesis, reducing muscle breakdown. This is because it activates the mTOR muscle signaling pathway. - L-Methionine: a crucial amino acid for protein synthesis and DNA methylation. It improves recovery and reduces muscle inflammation.

Instructions for use

Dilute 50g in 500ml and take before, during or after physical activity.
