BENEFITS: Sports supplement that will help with muscle recovery and regeneration after high-intensity, short-duration exercise.
COMPOSITION: Advanced recovery formula combining the highest quality protein (Isolac®) with 3 types of carbohydrates and creatine. An ideal post-workout composition. The 2:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein provides over 15g of high-quality protein and over 25g of carbohydrates per 50g serving. This promotes rapid muscle recovery while restoring energy after training. Certified by Informed Sport
RECOMMENDED FOR: It is recommended for all athletes who perform high-intensity training or competitions. It is a great aid for athletes who train 3 or more times a week, allowing them to recover as quickly as possible and perform better in subsequent sessions.
DAILY DOSE: Take 4 scoops (approx. 50g) diluted in 250-300ml of water after training.
