Properties:
- Group A streptococcus is one of the most important human pathogens causing acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis, impetigo and scarlet fever;
- it is very important to differentiate streptococcal infection from other etiological agents (eg viral, mycoplasma or chlamydial) so that treatment can be initiated
suitable;
- early diagnosis and treatment of group A streptococcal pharyngitis infections will reduce the severity of symptoms and subsequent complications;
- therefore, it is useful to have a test for personal use at hand to be able to make a diagnosis when the first symptoms appear.

How to use:
Allow the device and extraction reagents to reach room temperature.
1. Add 4 drops of Extraction Reagent A and 4 drops of Extraction Reagent B respectively to the extraction tube and mix thoroughly.
The color of the mixed liquid should turn yellow.
2. Insert the sample extraction buffer into the tube.
Shake the buffer ten times.
Leave the swab in the tube for one minute.
Next, remove the swab while squeezing the swab head against the inside of the extraction tube to release as much liquid from the swab as possible.
3. Stopper the tube and mix the contents by gentle shaking.
4. Remove the test cassette from the sealed envelope and place it on a clean, dry, flat surface.
5. Add 3 drops of the mixed liquid sample from the extraction tube to the test box.
5. Wait 10 minutes and read the results.
Do not read the results after more than 15 minutes.
