Sterile medical device which, due to the presence of Adelmidrol, optimizes the restoration of the superficial integrity of the urothelium determined by the intravesical instillation of hyaluronic acid.
The presence of Adelmidrol helps restore the physiological level of palmitoylethanolamide in the bladder interstitium, a level reduced due to the inflammatory phenomenon resulting from the progressive loss of control of the normal regulation of intravesical mast cells.
In this way, the phenomenon of depolymerization of hyaluronic acid, both the instilled one and the one naturally present in the urothelium, is controlled, on which the polysaccharide's ability to restore the superficial integrity of the urothelium depends.
Therefore, the combination of the two active ingredients, hyaluronic acid and Adelmidrol, determines a synergistic effect capable of restoring the superficial integrity of the urothelium altered by dysmetabolic situations associated with inflammatory damage of various origins.

How to use
1 endovesical instillation every 7 days or as directed by your doctor.

Instillation of Vesselen via a catheter should be performed by qualified medical personnel, using a probe, syringe or cannula. Vesselen is a single-use medical device. Do not resterilize, do not reuse unused portions of the solution and do not use if the packaging is opened or damaged, as this compromises the sterility of the product. Reuse of the device may pose a risk of contamination of the patient. There are no known side effects of the product when used according to the manufacturer's instructions. There are currently no known interactions between Vesselen and drugs commonly used for underlying conditions. The product is not indicated for people already sensitized to the components present in the formula. Discontinue treatment if adverse reactions occur. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date.
