Active ingredients in 1 capsule (% of the reference nutritional value): rhodiola rosey extract 100 mg, schisandra extract ( Schisandra chinensis ) 37 mg, L-tryptophan 160 mg, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) 3 mg (50 %), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg (50%), biotin (D-biotin) 25 µg (50%), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid) 100 µg (50%), magnesium (magnesium citrate ) 60 mg (16%).

Mode of use

Recommended dose: Adults and children from 15 years of age 1 capsule 1x a day, drink with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Warning: Not intended for children under 15 years of age. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Does not contain sugar. Nutritional supplements must be kept out of the reach of small children! Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 °C to 25 °C in a tightly closed container.
