Description
Watercolor paints are water-based paints used for painting on paper. They have the form of dry buttons, which, when moistened with water, produce ready-to-use paints almost immediately. ASTRA watercolors consist of high-quality, finely ground pigments, combined with a water-soluble binder. In addition to pigments and binders, watercolors contain fillers that cause the paint to become dull as it dries. Thanks to this, by applying the paint thicker, you can paint with techniques similar to gouache, and in larger dilutions, with techniques typical of watercolor. Watercolors can be used in combination techniques with tempera paints, poster paints and ASTRA wax crayons.
