Ingredients:
100% xylitol
It is a natural sweetener of vegetable origin, which is found in its natural form in many plants, fruits, vegetables, cereals or the bark of some trees, for example in birch.
It has a sweetness similar to that of sugar, but with a lower energy content, with almost 40% fewer calories.
Use:
it can be used like sugar (1:1), for the preparation of hot and cold drinks, sweets, cakes, biscuits, deserts, for ice creams, liqueurs.
Xylitol is recommended to be gradually introduced into the diet, starting with one teaspoon daily, with increasing doses. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
It doesn't crystallize like this, you can't make candies. Yeast does not break it down, so they cannot be used together.
