It can be used during home inhalation (including with steam), nebulization, mouth, throat and sinus rinses, as well as in humidifiers and aerosol generators. The iodine-bromine brine mist from Zabłocie has a high concentration of iodine, which thins the remaining mucus. The product also contains 50 other elements - bromine, which calms irritations and facilitates breathing, and anti-inflammatory calcium and magnesium.

The use of mist ensures negative ionization of the air, hydrates and cleans the air of allergens and increases respiratory comfort.

The brine is extracted in Dębowiec, near Skoczów, from below the surface of the earth, at a depth of more than 500 meters. The composition of the mist stands out for its exceptionally high mineralization, which is characteristic of products of marine origin. Not only calcium, magnesium, iodine and bromine ions are found in high concentrations, but also boron, silicon, selenium and about 50 other bioelements. Moreover, the minerals are in a state of chemical equilibrium, which facilitates their penetration into the body. By inhaling at home using brine mist, you can successfully recreate the seaside atmosphere at home.

A product often used for inhalation and nebulization is saline, which is a 0.9% saline solution. Zabłocka brine mist has a higher concentration - about 3% salt, as well as other elements, including: iodine, bromine, calcium and magnesium.
