Highly absorbent superabsorbent wound dressings with a special absorbent core made of soft cellulose flakes and highly absorbent material, encased in a fluid-distributing nonwoven fabric; water-repellent, air-permeable special nonwoven fabric on the side facing away from the wound as contamination protection, which is colored green to prevent application errors; outer covering made of soft, non-adherent two-layer nonwoven fabric, which quickly wicks exudate into the absorbent core through its capillary action; soft and air-permeable, easy to drape, with high cushioning effect.

Application:
For the treatment of highly exuding wounds in all medical fields%%% especially e.g. surgical wounds, lymphatic wounds, leg ulcers, ulcerating tumors%%% also suitable as a wound dressing under compression bandages.
