Birch sap extract is effective for:

Detoxification: by stimulating diuresis, it helps eliminate uric acid deposited on the joints (joint detoxification); one-month detoxification treatments are recommended in spring and autumn;

Circulatory system: helps lower cholesterol levels.

Skin: reduces cellulite and improves skin elasticity.

Oral cavity: maintains oral health (mouth ulcers, aphthous stomatitis).

Adults and children over 7 years of age: 2 ml in a little water, twice a day, in the morning and evening, before meals.

When combined with other gemmotherapy extracts, it should be taken once a day.

The duration of treatment can be between 1 and 3 months. After a break of 1 or 2 months, treatment can be repeated.

The suggested combinations of gemmotherapy products do not exclude other possible combinations of products, adapted to the specific needs of each individual:

• in detoxification treatments, in spring and autumn, with Oak bud extract - Quercus pedunculata (stimulates intestinal peristalsis and anti-asthenic) and Rosemary shoot extract - Rosmarinus officinalis (for the liver and gallbladder);
• in weight loss treatments, with extract of birch catkins - Betula pubescens amenti, extract of lemon peel - Citrus limonum cortex (protects the skin against excessive relaxation) and extract of beech buds - Fagus sylvatica;
• in hyperuricaemia with ash tree bud extract - Fraxinus excelsior;
• in cellulite with beech bud extract - Fagus sylvatica and edible chestnut bud extract - Castanea vesca
• in seborrhoeic alopecia, with elm bud extract - Ulmus campestris;
• for inelastic, dull skin, with extract from sycamore buds - Platanus orientalis.
• for aphthous stomatitis, mouth ulcers, with extract from dogwood shoots - Ligustrum vulgare; we also recommend local application (swabbing or gargling) with the preparation MIRA - mouthwash.

Birch leaf tea - contributes to the proper functioning of the urinary tract and supports joint health.

It has the following effects: diuretic, eliminates uric acid, litholytic (dissolves stones), depurative, anti-inflammatory, hypotensive, hypocholesterolemic, antipyretic, sudorific.

It can be used for rheumatism, gout, skin conditions, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and obesity.

Prepare an infusion from 1 teaspoon of chopped plant in a cup of water.

It is recommended to drink 3-4 cups of tea per day.

Birch tincture has protective properties for the renal epithelium, diuretic (eliminating uric acid, chlorides and urea), cholagogue-choleretic, sudorific, mildly hypotensive and cholesterol-lowering properties.

• A valuable dietary supplement due to its rich content of biologically active substances with beneficial effects in stimulating diuresis and normalising uric acid, urea, creatinine and cholesterol levels in the blood.
• has a positive influence in oedematous conditions of renal and cardiac origin, in functional disorders of the kidneys, in hyperuricaemia (excess uric acid in the blood);
• is an effective purifier and general stimulant of the body by eliminating toxins.

Internal use: Adults and young people over 15 years of age: one teaspoon of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (approximately half a glass) 3-4 times a day before meals.

Children aged 7-14 years: 10-30 drops of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 3 times a day before meals.

External use: Massage the scalp with tincture 2-3 times a week.

Xylitol birch sugar

It has 40% fewer calories and has a dental care effect, is only sweet and not bitter, xylitol helps remineralise teeth and bones, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and tooth decay. It is an insulin-free metaboliser.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, people who are prohibited/restricted from consuming alcohol, intolerance to any of the product's ingredients.

For people with stomach sensitivity, it is recommended to take the product after meals.
