Ciocolax is a product in the form of chewable tablets covered with Belgian chocolate. It contains Senna extract, which has a laxative effect and stimulates intestinal transit. This effect is due to bioactive substances, specific glycosides called sennosides. These substances interact with the colon mucosa.
Ciocolax also contains powder from buckthorn fruit, which contains buckthorn and chrysophanic acid, substances that ensure normal secretion, normal intestinal transit and conditions unsuitable for the development of intestinal parasites.
