Iridium Baby sterile wipes contain 100% cotton wipes soaked in a solution containing:

• propylene glycol;
• PPG-26-Buteth-26;
• PEG-40;
• hydrogenated castor oil;
• ammonium glycyrrhizate;
• glycolic extract of Ananas sativus L.;
• Echinacea angustifolia root extract;
• sodium bicarbonate;
• chlorhexidine digluconate;
• sodium hydroxymethylglycinate;
• disodium EDTA;
• pure water.

Iridium sterile wipes contain 100% cotton wipes soaked in a solution containing:

• Echinacea angustifolia root extract 5%/wipe;
• Ananas sativus L. glycolic extract 5%/wipe;
• Glycerite 12.5%/wipe.

Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution contains:

• Sodium hyaluronate (0.150g);
• Echinacea purpurea dry extract (0.200g);
• N-hydroxymethyl glycinate (0.002g);
• Sodium edetate (0.100g);
• L-proline (0.0752g);
• L-glycine (0.100g);
• L-lysine (HCl 0.014g);

Iridium Baby sterile wipes are a product designed for the eye hygiene of newborns and children. Because natural defence mechanisms are not developed at birth, newborns are more susceptible to conditions such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis.

Iridium Baby sterile wipes are a specific product that ensures proper hygiene for your newborn and infant.

Containing anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-edema ingredients, Iridium Baby sterile wipes not only ensure proper hygiene, but also reduce inflammatory symptoms.

Iridium sterile wipes are recommended for removing crusts, scabs and secretions from the eyelids and eyelashes caused by various inflammations or infections. Iridium sterile wipes are also recommended for use in combination with specific therapies for allergies, inflammations or eye infections.

Iridium sterile wipes are also beneficial when used in pre- and post-operative periocular treatment for ophthalmic surgery and during treatment of lacrimal duct obstructions.

Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution has mucoadhesive properties, ensuring protection and lubrication of the ocular surface. At the same time, Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution supports the immune defence function of the tear film and facilitates the repair processes of the ocular surface.

Iridium Baby sterile wipes and Iridium sterile wipes are administered as follows:

Wash your hands thoroughly beforehand, then open the sachet and remove the wipe. Apply the wipe to the eyelid and eyelash area and dab gently to remove secretions and other deposits.

In case of persistent secretions (especially in children) or tear duct blockages, it is recommended to warm the closed sachet for a few minutes in warm water (approx. 40°C). The warmed wipe is then used as a warm compress, gently massaging the area.

You can also squeeze the tissue over the closed eye, with the head slightly tilted, then gently massage with the tissue until all residues are completely removed.

In case of inflammation, it is recommended to cool the closed sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours, then apply the cooled tissue to the eye as a cold compress.

Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution is administered 1-2 drops in the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day or as recommended by your doctor. Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution can also be administered if you wear contact lenses, without having to remove them beforehand.

Iridium is contraindicated in people with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients or to other chemically related substances.

Iridium is sterile until the bottle/sachet containing the wipe is opened. Do not use the wipe on more than one person.

Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution is for external ophthalmic use only. If you are using other ophthalmic solutions for therapeutic purposes at the same time, consult your doctor beforehand.

After applying Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution, you may experience slight blurred vision, but this is temporary.

Do not use Iridium A Free ophthalmic solution if you have an eye infection. Iridium sterile wipes can be used in case of infection, but it is recommended to use two different wipes for each eye to avoid cross-infection.
