Urifast is an innovative dietary supplement developed by Bionika, designed to support urinary tract health and restore the balance of the urogenital microbiota, especially in the context of recurrent infections and vaginal flora imbalances.
Urifast contains a synergistic combination of D-mannose and Exocyan, a concentrated extract of cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) standardized in proanthocyanidins, while Urifast Flora combines the same ingredients with probiotics, prebiotics, and vitamin C. These modern formulas offer an effective and well-tolerated alternative for managing recurrent urinary symptoms and preventing recurrence.
Forms of release
Both products are available in the form of sachets containing soluble oral powder. Each box contains 14 sachets, designed for daily administration, dissolved in 100 ml of cold or room temperature water. The sachet form allows for accurate dosing, rapid absorption, and increased patient compliance.
Indications for use
Urifast is indicated for supporting urinary tract health, particularly in the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections, through its anti-adhesive effect on uropathogenic bacteria, particularly Escherichia coli. It is useful in people prone to post-coital cystitis and during convalescence after antibiotic treatment.
Urifast Flora has extended indications, including the management of urinary tract infections and vaginal flora imbalances. Due to its probiotic content, it is particularly valuable in restoring the urogenital microbiota affected by antimicrobial treatments, hormonal imbalances, excessive hygiene, or the use of intravaginal devices.
Dosage regimen
For both products, the standard regimen recommends taking one sachet per day, dissolved in cold water. It is preferable to take it between meals, ideally at the same time each day, to maintain a constant level of active substances.
If Urifast Flora is taken concomitantly with antibiotic treatment, an interval of at least 2 hours between the two products is recommended.
Contraindications
Contraindications include known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Urifast should also be avoided during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children unless specifically indicated by a doctor.
Special instructions
Urifast can be used in 14-day courses, repeated as needed, according to the specialist's recommendation.
Special attention should be paid to the combination of Urifast Flora with oral antibiotics—timing of administration is essential to protect the viability of probiotic strains.
Sideeffects
The products are generally well tolerated. In rare cases, mild gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating, nausea, or abdominal discomfort may occur. Allergic reactions are rare and are mainly related to hypersensitivity to cranberry or excipients.
Excessive administration of D-mannose may, in exceptional cases, cause mild osmotic diarrhea.
Interactions with other drugs and foods
D-mannose is rapidly absorbed and excreted in the urine without significant metabolism, which limits the risk of drug interactions.
However, Exocyan (cranberry extract) may interact with anticoagulant drugs (e.g., warfarin), with a risk of increased clotting time.
Overdose
No significant cases of overdose with D-mannose or cranberry extract have been reported. However, high doses of D-mannose may cause mild digestive disorders. In the case of Urifast Flora, excessive intake of probiotics could cause a temporary intestinal imbalance, especially in immunocompromised individuals.
In any case, administration should be discontinued and medical advice sought if symptoms persist.
Storage conditions
Both products should be stored in their original packaging, away from moisture, at temperatures below 25°C. Refrigeration is not recommended, but exposure to excessive heat or direct sunlight should be avoided to maintain the stability of the lactic bacteria and the integrity of the plant extracts. Once a sachet has been opened, the contents should be consumed immediately.

Everything is ok...the order form has problems (you may have noticed that my name is listed twice...even though you write what you have to, it says "field x is mandatory") I gave up and came back after about 3 days//found the same problem, then I don't know who has so much patience to repeat something dozens of times until they accept it.
