They are formulated to replenish electrolytes lost during exercise and physical exertion, with an extra boost of caffeine (40 mg/capsule) for those looking to perform at their best. They help prevent dehydration and, consequently, cramps and injuries. SUB9 PRO SALTS ELECTROLYTES provide an appropriate ratio of salts and minerals lost through sweat during exercise and competition, rehydrating the body for optimal function. Each capsule provides exactly 250 mg of sodium, 54 mg of potassium, 2.5 mg of calcium, and 34.6 mg of magnesium. They also contain vitamin D, which aids in the absorption and utilization of calcium, and vitamin B6, which is essential for the proper functioning of enzymes that facilitate protein metabolism.
