How to use:

• For best results, do not brush your teeth before application.
• Open the envelope and peel off the two strips from the plastic backing.
• Apply the gel side directly to your teeth, aligning the strip with your gums.
• Press lightly for good adhesion and fold the excess tape behind the teeth.
• Wear the bands for 30 minutes , once a day.
• Remove the strips and discard after use.
• Remove excess gel by rinsing or using a tissue.

Precautions and contraindications:

• Not intended for children under 12 years of age.
• May cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation/discomfort. If symptoms become significant, use product every other day. If symptoms persist, discontinue use.
• Do not use the product if you wear dental braces.
• The product only whitens natural teeth. It does not work on crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures, and color differences may become visible.
