Use

The face must have a suitable shape to ensure an even distribution of the thermal effect. Before applying to the skin, always place the gel compress in the attached packaging or in a clean towel. Leave the compress on the affected area as long as it is comfortable. After the gel pack has cooled to room temperature, reheat it.

Cold compress
