The wound healing gel accelerates the formation of new tissue and, during wet wound healing, moisturizes the affected area for a long time. It is intended for:

• treatment, decontamination, reduction of inflammation,
• accelerating the healing of acute and chronic wounds on the skin, mucous membranes,
• 1st and 2nd degree burns.

Mode of use

The gel is stored at room temperature. If necessary, it should be warmed to body temperature (37 ° C) before use. Before applying the gel to the wounds, it is recommended to clean the wound first. Apply the light gel directly to the wound in a layer of 1-2 mm. If necessary, cover the gel with an inert bandage, gauze, patch, etc. The duration and number of applications must be adapted to the condition of the wound. Application should be continued until all encrustations and necrosis are easily removed and the wound is optically clear. In the case of bandages and wraps that are difficult to remove, it is recommended to moisten them with ActiMaris Sensitiv solution for at least 5 minutes. they can be removed more easily without damaging the newly formed tissue. In the case of strongly adherent fibrin sheaths or necrotic parts of the wound, surgical removal of these is recommended first.
