Phenylalanine-free amino acid blend, supplemented with vitamins, carbohydrates and minerals, indicated for the dietary management of children over three years of age and adults with confirmed hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria and maternal phenylketonuria.

How to use
Dissolve one sachet of Afenil Medi 15 in approximately 80 ml of water or other permitted liquid. Afenil Medi 15 can be flavoured to taste. After reconstitution, it is recommended to consume the product immediately. If necessary, the reconstituted product can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours and mixed well before use.
Dosage and administration: according to the doctor's prescription, taking into account the age, body weight and clinical condition of the subject.

Afenil Medi 15 should be used under medical supervision by people with known hyperphenylalaninemia, including phenylketonuria. Afenil Medi 15 should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children.

Conservation
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat. Afenil Medi 15 sachets are single-dose. Any prepared and unused product can be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours, mixing well before use. The expiration date refers to the product stored correctly in the intact packaging.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
