ANDINA, a high-quality cosmetic manufactured under pharmaceutical control, is the complete hair colorant that effectively and safely transforms excessively dark hair into blonde to match your skin tones. How to use: Before using ANDINA, wash the area to be bleached with soap and cold water; dry it. Measure one part of the "accelerator powder" with the spatula and place it on the plastic plate. Clean the spatula and measure two parts of the "cream" and place it on the plastic plate. Mix the powder with the cream until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Apply the mixture with the spatula, completely covering the hair to be bleached. Leave on for 10 or 15 minutes; then remove it with the spatula. If the hair has not been sufficiently bleached, apply the same mixture again for another 5 or 10 minutes. Once the hair has been bleached, remove the mixture by washing with cold water. ANDINA Bleaching Cream leaves your skin clean and fine, and your hair pale, invisible and soft. Important observations: If your skin is especially sensitive to the ANDINA bleaching mixture, remove it with a spatula, wash the treated area with cold water and dry it. Apply more cream to the mixture and apply it again to the hair to be bleached. If your skin is still sensitive to the new mixture, try a new application the next day.
