Magnesium malate (magnesium), capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Properties of ingredients

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 2-4 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
