The ingredients of the preparation have a positive effect on:

- shortening the time needed to fall asleep (melatonin)

- calming down, tranquility, rest and healthy sleep (melissa)

- soothing and relaxation (hops)

Ingredients: Filling agent: cellulose; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), DER 7:1, standardized to 8% polyphenols; hop cones extract (Humulus lupulus L.), DER 5: 1, standardized to 5% flavonoids; green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis L.), DER 50:1, standardized to 40% L-theanine; coating (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; filler: polydextrose; dye: titanium dioxide; emulsifier: polyethylene glycol; anti-caking agent: talc; dyes: indigo carmine, carmines); filler: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

Ingredient quantities:

Ingredient 1 tablet

- Lemon balm extract, 100 mg

- including polyphenols 8 mg

- Hop extract, including: 50 mg

- flavonoids 2.5 mg

- Green tea extract, including: 50 mg

- L-theanine 20 mg

- Melatonin 1 mg

Suggested dosage:

1 tablet daily about half an hour before bedtime, with water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Contraindications:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Store the preparation at a temperature below 25°C in a dry place, out of the reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture.
