Bitter orange ( Lemon aurantium) . The bitter orange, whose fruit has been used as a traditional food and plant for thousands of years, is native to the tropical regions of Asia. Its leaves have calming and relaxing properties and help improve sleep.
Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata) . Hawthorn, a thorny shrub with white flowers, produces bright red berries in autumn and grows on woodland edges or in fields. Its relaxing properties have been recognized since the Middle Ages. In particular, it helps you sleep well.
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata ). Native to the southern United States and grown in Europe, passionflower has relaxing properties.
