• The cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait) is a small plant native to North America. It grows in peat bogs, mountain forests, high-altitude forests, mosses and even sandy meadows.
• Heather (Calluna vulgaris (L.) Hull) is widespread in Europe. Its pretty purple flowers brighten up cliffs in late summer. In phytotherapy it is precisely its flowers that are used to promote the elimination of water , thus contributing to the correct functioning of the urinary system .
