Belsana grip-Star special gloves make putting on and taking off compression stockings easier and protect the knit from unwanted external influences, such as those often caused by jewelry or fingernails. The robust special glove with a textured palm ensures a secure grip and helps to distribute the knit evenly on the leg. The glove is breathable and comfortable to wear. The latex coating on the palm does not come into direct contact with the skin and can be worn without problems by allergy sufferers. A practical storage pouch is included with the Belsana grip-Star gloves. This offers enough space to store both gloves in your bag when you're out and about. The Belsana grip-Star pouch is also ideal for home storage. Simply roll up the gloves tightly and place them in the pouch. Practical tips for true dressing pros:

• Put on your stockings as soon as possible in the morning after getting up, before swelling develops.
• Pay attention to careful manicures and pedicures, and refrain from wearing jewelry on your hands and arms when dressing and undressing.
• Don't put on your socks with wet feet! Also, avoid using oily skin care products, as they can damage the sock material.
• Apply the stocking to your leg piece by piece. Never roll it up!
• Please do not pull the stocking up by the cuff or adhesive band.
• If a sock seems too tight in the back of the knee, distribute the knit evenly around the leg.
• For thigh-high stockings: The adhesive band should end two finger-widths below the crotch and below the buttock crease to prevent it from rolling down when worn. Please position the adhesive band evenly around your thigh.
• For knee-high socks: The cuff (top edge) should end at least two finger widths below the knee to prevent it from cutting into the back of the knee. Please do not fold the cuff over.
