Description
Benefibra powder is a dietary supplement based on soluble fiber derived from wheat, with a high fiber content. Benefibra promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. It is flavorless, completely soluble, and 100% plant-based. It contains negligible amounts of protein.

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sachets per day, depending on needs;
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 sachet per day.
Pour the contents of one Benefibra sachet into a glass or bottle of water, fruit juice, or soft drinks, or into semi-liquid foods, whether hot or cold. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.

Warnings
Do not administer to children under 7 years of age without medical advice. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in cases of gastrointestinal disorders. Do not use if you are allergic or hypersensitive to the ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
