Bergamot essential oil, 10 ml, Zanna

Bergamot is the most delicate of citrus plants. Bergamot oil is unique among citrus oils due to its calming, relaxing effect that provides good mood.

Properties:
- adjuvant in digestive problems: this oil stimulates appetite and combats problems related to bloating or indigestion;
- soothing for skin conditions: its soothing and antiseptic effect makes bergamot oil effective in fighting acne, regulating excess sebum, eczema and skin conditions;
- supports the health of the immune system: its antiseptic and disinfectant properties make it effective against infections;
- relaxant for the nervous system: bergamot oil is ideal for use in aromatherapy to treat anxiety or depression;
- fights fever and relieves cold symptoms: bergamot oil can be used as an adjuvant against colds due to its antiseptic and antipyretic properties;
- can help relieve sore throats, symptoms of tonsillitis, colds and respiratory infections.

How to use:
Inhalations - pour 1 liter of boiling water into a bowl and add 3-4 drops of oil. Inhale the vapors while leaning over the bowl, with your head covered with a large towel.
Massage - for a massage session, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to approximately 10 ml of massage oil.
Bath - add before starting the bath and not before, because due to the heat they evaporate very easily. Thus, for a bath put 4-6 drops of essential oil (or 4-6 drops of mixture) in 2-3 tablespoons of non-fat milk or 2 tablespoons of base oil, then pour into the tub and mix well. The bath will last 10-20 minutes.
Hot compress - 2 drops for small areas, 6-8 drops for large areas.
Scented candle (lamp) - put lukewarm water in the candle saucer, add 3-5 drops of oil and light the candle.
Bergamot oil and other essential oils are quickly absorbed into the bloodstream when applied to the skin. It is generally necessary to dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, cold-pressed oils, to be exact). This prevents potential skin irritation.
