Water, fructose, vegetable glycerol, fig (Ficus carica fructus) ef, manna (from Fraxinus ornus manna) powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare mill. fructus) es tit. 0.5% essential oil, liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. radix) extract, mallow (Malva sylvestris L. flos) extract tit. 30% polysaccharides, senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl folium) tit. 6% sennosides, frangula (Rhamnus frangula L. cortex) tit. 7.5% hydroxyanthracene heterosides, Aloe barbadensis miller extract 200:1.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 teaspoons as needed, preferably in the evening before bed. Shake before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiration date applies to the product in its intact packaging and stored properly: do not use the product after the date indicated on the packaging.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
