Organic red lentils are dehulled brown lentils. Due to the shelling, red lentils are better absorbed by the body. Red lentils are prone to overcooking, so they are best used as an addition to soups, stews and spicy snacks.
Ingredients: red lentils* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
METHOD OF PREPARATION Cook the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a dry and cool place.
