• Step 1 GENTLY MASSAGE THE EYELID TO HELP REDUCE INFLAMMATION:
  1- Pumping: Stimulation of the lymphatic system: apply 3 successive pressures with the index, middle and ring fingers, placed 1 cm from the base of the ears.
  2 - Drainage: Move from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. Then, gently massage from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye. Repeat 3 times.
  3 - Global drainage: Perform a final global massage from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eyes, going down along the shape of the face towards the base of the neck.
• Step 2 AS A DAILY CLEANSER/MAKEUP REMOVER:
  1 - Application: Apply a few small dots of Atoderm Intensive Eye to the upper eyelid.
  2 - Cleaning: Spread the product over the entire eyelid and gently massage in circular motions.
  3 - Cleansing: Spread over the lashes from the base to the tip to remove mascara.
  4 - Cotton swab (only in case of remission): Remove makeup with a cotton swab, from the inner to the outer corner of the eyelids and from the base to the tip of the eyelashes.

• Step 3 AS DAILY CARE:
  1 - Application: Apply a small amount of product (the size of a grain of rice) to your eyelids, spreading it from the lower inner edge to the upper inner edge. Do not apply the product too close to the eyes (about 2 cm).
  2 - Drainage: Then, gently massage outwards with your middle three fingers. Repeat three times.
