Blemil Plus IRC is a dietary food intended to support special medical treatments for children and infants with chronic kidney disease and other kidney disorders. It is safe to be consumed as the sole source of nutrition from birth until 6 months of age and as a complement to complementary feeding.

Breast milk is the primary food for a newborn; however, during development, some babies may require an alternative source of nutrition due to digestive complications or intolerances to some components of milk.

This special formula from Blemil is ideal for these cases, as it offers a complete normoprotein and normocalorie diet that the infant with kidney failure (with or without dialysis) needs.

Its protein content is enriched with 13 vitamins, minerals, taurine, and L-carnitine to properly nourish the baby. It is rich in essential fatty acids, such as linoleic and alpha-linolenic acids, as well as arachidonic and docosahexaenoic acids.

Suitable for infants from 0 months of age with chronic kidney failure. This product is suitable for people with celiac disease.

1. Wash your hands properly and clean the utensils to be used.
2. For newborns and babies under 6 months of age, it is recommended to sterilize the bottle, teat, and screw cap beforehand.
3. Boil the drinking water for 3 to 5 minutes. After this time, remove from the heat and allow it to cool to a temperature of 40 to 45 °C.
4. Pour the water into the bottle or cup and add the doses indicated for the infant according to their age and weight, using the measuring spoon that comes with the product.
5. Cap the bottle tightly and shake until the formula is completely dissolved. If using a cup, stir with a small spoon until dissolved.

Always check the temperature before administering.
