Dosage

The contents of the bag are dissolved in a glass of liquid (water, mineral water or tea) and drunk. Never use fruit or cranberry juice (due to possible improper acidification of urine). Long-term use (1 sachet before bedtime) usually means at least 6 months. There is no limit to the maximum time of use (or possible continuous temporary increase in dosage as needed).

3 dosing schedule options

• Intensive regimen : Take 1 sachet every 6 hours on the first day. On the second day, take 3 sachets evenly throughout the day. From the third day, 1 sachet per day before going to bed.
• Long-term regimen : Take 1 sachet a day before going to bed.
• Prevention after intercourse : Take one sachet 1 hour before intercourse and another one sachet 1 hour after intercourse.

It is a white, tasteless and odorless powder that dissolves quickly after being poured into water. Unlike other sugars, it is not metabolized in any way after it has been absorbed into the body - it is almost entirely excreted unchanged by the kidneys in the urine as waste. Therefore, its use is completely safe for diabetics, celiacs and pregnant women.
