Instructions for use:

Pour 1 tablespoon of seeds (approx. 10 g) into a glass of warm water (200 ml) and boil covered for approx. 15 minutes. Stem. Eat after cooling. Flaxseed can also be used as a coating for meat or fish, as an addition to salads, yogurts, muesli and for baking homemade bread and pastries.
