How to consume
Various cakes or desserts can be prepared: delicious caramel tarts, apple and fruit cake, rhubarb and ginger cake, pancakes.
In milk or tea, with cereal, muesli or other foods, molasses sugar has an unmistakable taste.
Other culinary uses are salad dressings, meat and fish marinades, or even as a syrup poured over fresh fruit desserts.
Delicious contrasts appear in the combination with red berries, citrus fruits or even vegetables: pasta, cauliflower, pumpkin or sweet potatoes, before baking in the oven.
After opening, it should be stored in an airtight glass container as it hardens.
