Description:

ButiRect® is a medical device in the form of rectal suppositories, intended to restore the health of the anorectal mucosa. By forming a protective layer with mucoadhesive properties, it helps relieve pain, support healing and protect the anorectal area against irritants.

Indications:

• restoring the physiological state of the anorectal mucosa,
• supporting the healing of erosions, fissures or other defects of the anorectal mucosa,
• relief of pain during defecation caused by injuries or inflammation at the anorectal level,
• supporting the regeneration of the anorectal mucosa after surgery or radiotherapy.

How to use:

• 1 suppository per day , preferably in the evening, before going to bed.
• It is recommended to use for 5 days, and if necessary, up to 10 days at the doctor's indication.
• The interval between administrations must be at least 24 hours.

Precautions and contraindications:

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components.
• Contraindicated in case of severe anorectal conditions (e.g. neoplastic changes, severe pain, rectal bleeding).
• Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding without a doctor's recommendation.
• Do not swallow! The product is intended for rectal use only.
• Do not use with other rectal products without medical advice.
• Store in the original packaging, at 15-25°C, away from direct light and moisture.

Ingredients:

A ButiRect ^® rectal suppository weighing 2 g contains: sodium butyrate, sodium alginate, carboxymethylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids derived from triglycerides.
