Caelo's arnica tincture can be used externally for injuries and accident-related conditions, such as bruises, sprains, contusions, or bruises. Caelo Arnica Tincture : Composition: 100 g of Caelo Arnica Tincture contains 100 g of tincture made from arnica flowers (1:10 [ratio of drug to extraction solvent]), extraction solvent: 70% (v/v) ethanol. Indications: For external use in cases of injuries and accidents, e.g., bruises, sprains, contusions, edema following a bone fracture, rheumatic muscle and joint pain, furunculosis and inflammation resulting from insect bites, superficial phlebitis. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to arnica and other members of the Asteraceae family, e.g., chamomile, calendula, yarrow. There are insufficient studies on the use of arnica tincture during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in children under 12 years of age. Therefore, arnica tincture should not be used by these groups. Side effects: Prolonged use on damaged skin, e.g., For example, in cases of injuries or lower leg ulcers, it frequently causes skin inflammation with swelling and/or blistering. Furthermore, eczema may occur with prolonged use. If side effects occur, treatment should be stopped immediately, the affected areas thoroughly rinsed with water, and a doctor consulted.
