Properties:

Ingredients:

Leaves with flowers of hawthorn (Crâțaegi folium cum flore), goosefoot (Leonuri herba), lavender flowers (Lavandulae flos), lime flowers (Tiliae flos), dogwood (Melissae herba), rosemary leaves (Rosmarini folium), sage (Salviae herba), valerian root (Valerianae radix), mint (Menthae herba).

Effect:

• The presence of hawthorn in this tea gives it tonic, vasodilating, blood pressure and heart rate regulating properties. The mechanism of action is provided by anthocyanin pigments, flavone derivatives, triterpenic acids and amines in the plant.
• The action of normalizing the functioning of the heart is complemented by the active substances from goose sole, rosemary, sage, valerian, which have a hypotensive, diuretic, lipolytic effect.
• Rosemary, lime, lavender, rowan, mint, through the presence of volatile oils, have a synergistic action of calming, sedating the nervous system and the heart.

Recommendations:
Cardiac disorders with a nervous substrate, tension oscillations, neurovegetative dystonia manifested by palpitations, anxiety, insomnia.

There are no known contraindications at the recommended doses.
