Ingredients: Birch bark (Betula pendula), oregano leaf (Origanum vulgare), walnut leaf (Juglans regia), peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita), olive leaf (Olea europaea), wormwood herb (Artemisia absinthium)

Use: 2 teaspoons (3 g) pour 2 cups of boiling water and leave covered for 20 minutes; mix well and strain; divide the resulting infusion into 2-4 portions, which should be consumed between meals, preferably 30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal. Suggested use is min. 2 months.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use if you are allergic to nuts or any other ingredient of the product. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
