Use

Remove the patch from the bag. Remove the transparent film from the back of the gel layer and apply the patch with the adhesive side to clean the skin at the site of pain. It is possible to apply 1 to 3 patches per day , each patch can be applied continuously for 8 hours per day. Do not apply several patches at the same time. Do not reapply the patch after removing it.
