Sulforaphane and shiitake mushrooms

Sulforaphane and shiitake mushrooms have some effects in common.

Sulforaphane is a phytochemical found primarily in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and radishes. Shiitake mushrooms are a type of mushroom known for their beta-glucan content, which can support the immune system.

Antioxidants: Both contain antioxidants that can help protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals.

Recommended dose for adults

1 capsule per day with food to drink with a sufficient amount of liquid.

Warning

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not suitable for children under 15, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use the nutritional supplement as a substitute for a varied diet.
