Description
Food supplement containing coenzyme Q10, niacin, chromium and folic acid, together with red fermented rice and fenugreek. Fenugreek supports the metabolism of triglycerides, cholesterol and carbohydrates. Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; red yeast rice fermented from Monascus purpureus Went es tit. to 3% in monacolin K, fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; coenzyme Q10, vitamin B3 (niacin), chromium picolinate, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed a daily dose of 3 mg or more of monacolins from red yeast rice. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women, children under 18 years of age, or adults over 70 years of age. Consult a doctor about the use of this product if you have any health conditions. Do not take this product if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication. Do not take this product if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice.
