Properties:
- Glutathione (noted GSH) is a tripeptide, an important antioxidant in the human body, being one of the most important cellular components;
- the ratio between reduced and oxidized glutathione in cells is often used to measure oxidative stress;
- oxidation can be caused by some reactive oxygen species, such as free radicals, peroxides and heavy metals;
- Nettle contains glutathione, daily consumption can contribute to increasing cellular levels of glutathione and maintaining them;
- black pepper fruit extract can contribute to supporting liver function, contributing to blood circulation through fine blood vessels and capillaries;
- it can also have antioxidant properties;
- Magnesium can contribute to supporting normal energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and maintaining mental health;
- can be useful in fatigue and exhaustion;
- Selenium can contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and to the normal functioning of the immune system;
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal energy metabolism.

Mode of administration:
Adults: 1 capsule 1-2 times a day, 30 minutes after breakfast and lunch.

Reduced L-glutathione 250 mg (SETRIA® GLUTATHIONE) 250 mg; magnesium taurate 100 mg (magnesium 8.5 mg); magnesium bisglycinate 50 mg (magnesium 10 mg); extract 50:1 from black pepper fruits/Piper nigrum, standardized in min. 95% piperine 2.5 mg; vitamin B6 1.4 mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride with 82.3% pyridoxine); vitamin B1 1.1 mg (thiamine hydrochloride with 78.7% thiamine); vitamin B2 1.4 mg (riboflavin); L-selenomethionine (SELENIUM SELECT®) 0.55 mg (2.75 mcg selenium); Lactobacillus fermentum 200x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bifidobacterium lactis 500x109 CFU/g 1 mg; Bifidobacterium longum 100x109 CFU/g 1 mg; vitamin B12 2.5 mcg (cyanocobalamin) and inactive ingredients: anti-caking agents: corn starch, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide; bulking agent lactose monohydrate.
The capsule contains hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
