Description
ACTION AND DESCRIPTION
Care for fragile skin. Use when there is a risk of bedsores. Strengthens and protects the skin in areas at risk of chafing and is indicated for the prevention and treatment of supportive cutaneous erythema. Apply 2 to 3 times a day with a gentle massage; it is painless and has a long-lasting effect. Restores the skin's protective hydrolipidic film, facilitating epidermal cell renewal. Prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers: Pressure ulcers are caused by tissue ischemia caused by continuous pressure greater than the capillary pressure responsible for oxygenating an immobilized and stressed area of the body. As a result of the lack of oxygenation to that area, tissue necrosis occurs. This type of wound is always preventable. Preventing formation: Pressure ulcers are difficult to heal, and are the main problem faced by people immobilized for a long time. The best treatment is always prevention, especially with rubs and postural changes: - General care: high-protein diet, fluid and electrolyte intake to avoid dehydration, correction of blood glucose levels. - Local care: monitor body support points and apply this product with a gentle massage on the skin. It helps restore capillarity to areas that most easily become necrotic, thus promoting circulation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply to the skin in the at-risk or already weakened area, massaging gently to facilitate absorption. Massage gently with your fingertips for one minute. Repeat the application on each at-risk area 2 to 3 times a day. Pressure ulcers occur in a muscular area as a response to a lack of oxygen, which produces continuous pressure greater than the capillary pressure that carries oxygen to the muscle if the person is immobilized for longer than desirable. Supporting bones press on the gluteal muscles, causing tissue necrosis. In addition to the weight of the immobilized person, the formation of these wounds is accelerated by: - Folds in personal clothing and bedding. - If the person is wet, tissue maceration is favored. - Clinical factors such as anemia, infection, diabetes, and vitamin C deficiency.
