Tips and recipes for use
Meat
- Just cover the flakes with hot water or vegetable or animal milk .
- Boil the flakes for a few minutes for a creamier taste

Creamy soups
- Soup with soup
- Add the flakes to the vegetable soup, cook a little and stir
- Be careful with the quantity, the flakes take up a lot of weight
Bread
- When preparing the bread or dalamani, replace 1/4 of the flour with flakes .
muffins

Meat
Deli, hamburgers, steak
- Gently mix the flakes with stewed or steamed vegetables, boiled legumes, add an egg or Haška, fried onions, herbs, garlic, salt and water as needed, fry or bake in the oven
Fryer
- Replace 1/4 of the flour with flakes
Cookies
- Cover the lightly fried vegetables with a little water, add flakes (just enough to thicken), boil for a few minutes and mix, season with soy sauce, vinegar and gourmet yeast, to taste, you can add tofu, tempeh, peeled red. lentils (add to the vegetables and cook for 15 minutes, then add the flakes and cook for a few more minutes)
Cookies
- Replace 1/4 of the flour with flakes
Granola
- Mix the flakes with your favorite syrup and oil (olive or coconut oil is great); to taste, you can add dried fruits, nuts, seeds, dried coconut, cocoa beans, cinnamon, carob powder, pre-soaked buckwheat groats; bake for 60 minutes at 110°C , stir from time to time.
Crushing
- Mix 50 g of almonds, 150 g of flakes, 6 tablespoons of rice syrup and 4 tablespoons of olive oil .
Unbaked cakes
- Mix flakes with pre-soaked dried fruit, coconut oil and syrup; seeds, nuts, desiccated coconut, carob powder or cinnamon can be added; form into balls and cover with desiccated coconut, carob or sesame
