Brush the inside, outside and occlusal surfaces of your teeth twice a day for at least two minutes. Use a toothbrush with two centimeters of fluoride toothpaste. Angle the toothbrush at a 45° angle to the gum line. Brush with light pressure and small movements. Brush all surfaces of your teeth. If using an electric toothbrush, apply toothpaste twice (top and bottom teeth). After brushing, rinse with a small amount of water.
