Wash your hands before preparing the baby bottle.

Sterilize all parts of the bottle (bottle, teat and screw cap) after washing them.

Boil water in a container and let it cool to 40-45 °C.

Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized baby bottle.

Add the required number of level, uncompressed scoops of powdered milk. Use only the scoop included in the lid of the container.

Close the bottle and shake it vigorously.

Check the temperature of the bottle (37°C) before giving it to the baby.
