How to use
The normal ordinary food ration can be supported by taking 1 sachet per day, at breakfast or before main meals, in 200 cc of water at room temperature.

Warnings
For prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy, and children under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
