Instructions for use:
For a loaf: Place the dough in a lightly greased loaf pan (20 cm) and leave to rise for 30 minutes at room temperature, covered with a towel. While rising, preheat the oven to 190°C convection or 200°C top/bottom heat. Once risen, place the loaf pan on the middle shelf in the preheated oven and bake for 75 minutes at 190°C convection or 90 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat. Carefully remove the baked carrot bread from the baking dish and let it cool on a wire rack for about 4 hours.
