Recommended dosage

• 1 softgel capsule per day.
• Preferably taken after meals.

Warnings - Precautions :

• It is recommended to check the calcium level in the blood, as there is a risk of hypercalcemia at doses of Vitamin D >4000IU.
• At doses higher than 10,000 IU per day, diarrhea or constipation, reduced appetite, dry mouth, and metallic taste may occur.
