Doppelherz system OMEGA-3 CONCENTRATE contains a highly purified omega-3 concentrate from marine fish oils . The omega-3 fatty acids are in triglyceride form . One capsule provides a total of 540 mg of omega-3 fatty acids , including 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA , as well as 14 mg of vitamin E.

EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function when consumed in amounts of at least 250 mg daily. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision when consumed in amounts of 250 mg daily. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

According to the manufacturer, the fish oil used is certified "Friend of the Sea" and comes from sustainable fisheries. The product is gluten-free and lactose-free .
