Stretch marks – an unpleasant companion for expectant mothers

It is possible for every pregnant woman to suffer from the ugly stretch marks. However, this aesthetic complication should not be taken lightly. On the contrary, it is necessary to take drastic measures to eliminate them. Above all, prevention is important!

When and where do stretch marks appear?

The biggest changes in weight gain occur in the sixth month, and hormonal changes also occur at the same time. This period is considered risky, because if the skin is not sufficiently hydrated, there is a risk of increased stretch marks, especially in the deeper layers of the skin. The places most at risk are the areas where the skin is the most stretched - the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and also the breasts.
